At Skylee, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from www.skylee.in may be returned or exchanged.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

1.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product must be returned in its original condition
  • Any freebies or promotional items received with the order must also be returned

Skylee reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 A return or exchange can be initiated by:

  • Logging into your Skylee account → My Orders → Request Return
  • Emailing our Customer Support team at care@skylee.in with your order ID and reason for return

2.2 For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must share clear product images or an unboxing video for verification.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, or misuse
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

5.1 Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

5.2 In such cases, Skylee will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

6. Quality Check & Final Decision

All returned products undergo a mandatory quality inspection at our warehouse.

Skylee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of returns.

Refund Policy – Skylee


1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Refunds are applicable only for approved returns that meet Skylee’s Return Policy criteria.

1.2 Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

2.1 Once the return is approved after inspection, refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business days.

2.2 The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

3. Mode of Refund

3.1 Refunds will be issued via:

  • The original mode of payment (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking), or
  • Store credit, if selected by the customer

3.2 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as applicable.

4. Shipping & COD Charges

4.1 Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

4.2 Shipping and COD charges will be refunded only if the return is due to a Skylee error, such as:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product delivered

5. Order Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

5.2 Once cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed as per the original payment method.

5.3 Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process.

6. Refund Amount Calculation

The refund amount includes only the product value. Any non-refundable charges (shipping/COD) will be deducted unless the return is due to a company error.
