Order Policy

1. Placing an Order

1.1 Orders can be placed on Skylee only through the official website www.skylee.in.

1.2 Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.

1.3 Skylee reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

2.1 Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment. Orders are processed only after payment verification and stock confirmation.

2.2 Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2.3 During high-volume periods (sales, festive seasons, launches), processing time may be extended.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Skylee reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Available payment methods may include:

  • UPI
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where applicable)

3.4 In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Skylee currently delivers across India.

4.2 Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.

4.3 Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

5.2 Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Customers may refer to the Refund & Return Policy after delivery.

5.3 Skylee reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock issues
  • Pricing errors
  • Operational constraints
  • Non-serviceable locations

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

6. Address Accuracy

6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

6.2 Skylee will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, contact details, or repeated unavailability of the customer.

7. Split Shipments

7.1 In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.

7.2 Customers will be notified if their order is shipped in multiple consignments.

8. Order Tracking

8.1 Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

8.2 Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take some time to reflect.

9. Unserviceable & Undelivered Orders

9.1 If an order is undelivered due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to origin. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

10. Right to Modify Policy

Skylee reserves the right to update or modify this Order Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
