Shipping policy

At Skylee, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on www.skylee.in are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

1.1 Skylee currently ships across India.

1.2 Orders placed for locations that are non-serviceable by our courier partners may be cancelled and refunded as per our Refund Policy.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

2.2 Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

2.3 During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-volume days, order processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 6–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before order confirmation.

4.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Skylee error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5.1 Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes, subject to order value and courier partner availability.

5.2 COD charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

5.3 COD charges are non-refundable once the order is delivered.

6. Order Tracking

6.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS and/or email with a tracking link.

6.2 Tracking updates depend on courier partner systems and may take time to reflect.

7. Split Shipments

7.1 If an order contains multiple products, Skylee may ship them in separate packages.

7.2 Customers will be notified in case of split shipments.

8. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

8.1 Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

8.2 If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be returned to origin.

8.3 In such cases:

  • Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
  • COD orders may not be eligible for re-dispatch

9. Address Accuracy

9.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order.

9.2 Skylee is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address or contact information.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Skylee shall not be liable for delays caused due to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier partner issues
  • Events beyond reasonable control

11. Damaged Packages During Transit

11.1 If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept delivery and inform our support team immediately.

11.2 If accepted, such issues must be reported within 24–48 hours with supporting images or an unboxing video.
